Return Policy

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also contact us. One of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Instylezone.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.


1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service and obtain a "Product Return" confirmation e-mail.

2.We only accept products in their original condition. Note: The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards and instruction booklets.

3. PLEASE NOTE: if it is not the quality problem, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; you have to pay for the return shipping fees.

4. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose,you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

5. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

6. All packages should be sent via USPS Express. Jewellerybi.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

7. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from instylezone.com.
