1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order and the status of your payment is completed, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 business days for delivery via USPS Express or DHL, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

 You can login our website then visit your account. You check the status of your order in the order history.

3. Is it safe to order on the online store?

 USPS Express is FREE: 7-10 days. 

 DHL: $30, 4-6 days. 

5. How can I place an order online?

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and color required then click "add to cart ". You can add additional items or proceed to 'checkout'.

6. What kind of currency do you accept?

 At present, we accept USD and Pound. 

7. Will I get an order confirmation?

 We will send you a confirmation email detailing when the exact order received shortly after your order is placed. 

8. I have no idea which I shall buy; can you give me some suggestions?

9. What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

10. How long will it take me to receive a refund from returned products?

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This will usually reach that account within 7-14 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

11. Are you able to offer urgent delivery at my own expense?

 The mode of transpotation we adopt now is already the safest and fastest. 

12. How to revise my order information or cancel my order?

We are able to provide you the service of order information revision or order cancellation within 8 hours after you place an order. Please contact us through our E-mail as soon as possible to avoid unneccessary troubles.

13What is the Return Policy?

 1. If you are not satisfied with the item, please take a picture of the items first, then send us an email to confirm, in 10 days, you can return the items to us and we will make an exchange after its passing an offical inspection. Of course, we will not accept returns and/or exchanges if there is enough evidence to prove the dress have been worn. Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 7 working days after the reception of goods. 

 2. If there is nothing wrong with the quality and the size of our products have sent to you, then you will be in charge of shipping fees for return. 

 3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% similar as the color chart. And also different fabrics will show differentcolor degree on the same color. So we can not accept any returned dress for sake of color. Please kindly understand us.
